Blackwell Construction continues to purchase prime areas of land in Bloomington in order to create new residential neighborhoods of beautifully crafted homes. We work closely with local lenders to make certain the company remains financially secure and a leader in the area building industry.
Commercial Construction
Blackwell building expertise also includes commercial structures. Our recently completed Bloomington Sportsplex has become home to area youth and adult basketball, soccer and volleyball leagues, and also features aerobic and fitness classes, training facilities and a l/5 mile suspended track. Other landmark commercial projects we have built include the Monroe Bank building on College Mall Road, and Pier One Imports, as well as several buildings at Whitehall Park.
