Ken Blackwell’s building success reflects a strong commitment to his family, business and community.  A second-generation builder and Bloomington native, he has been building homes for over 40 years.  Ken’s love of building quality homes led to the start of Blackwell Contractors in 1981.  Since then, he and his team have developed over 25 desirable communities throughout Bloomington and surrounding areas.  Ken and the Blackwell team members have a strong desire to produce quality Contractors and comfortable living for every customer.
